"Finding
the
Real You"
I
woke up from the most amazing dream the other night!
In the dream, I was
asked to clean a
cooking pan. I
noticed
the
pan had caked on layers
of food on it. So I
immediately
began
scrubbing the layers off
with great
force. It then
occurred
to me that I could simply
peel
them
off!
How fitting! Isn't
that how we often approach life...trying
to
make things as difficult as
possible? The old
"got to work hard
to make it happen"
mentality that does nothing but create misery!
This dream was a
great
reminder that it can be SO
easy!!
I have been working with
others (and myself!) to release
layers
and layers of limiting
beliefs from the
subconscious. To
me, this is
the key
to creating a different
reality. It is exactly
why
so many
people
have trouble with change. They do not clear
their
limiting
beliefs first and
keep running up against a brick wall!
There are many ways to
clear these
beliefs. It is important
to
find a way that works for you. What
ever way you choose,
remember that it is
all about intention. It can be as simple as
asking and intending that
the limiting belief be cleared. Then,
"knowing" it is absolutely
cleared!
Here is a clearing technique that
works great! (A dear friend
passed this along to me.)
1. Call
forth spirit to assist with the release.
2.
Intend that the belief be released on every level and
in
every dimension.
Feel the belief being released in your body.
3. Fill the
empty space (from releasing the belief) with light.
Affirm- "Let there be light!"
After you use this process,
you must "act as if"
you no longer
have that belief
(without a doubt, it is
cleared!). If the
old belief
happens to cross
your mind, remind yourself that
you no longer
hold that belief-
it has been released. Believe in your power!!
I use a process of
using my intuition and
muscle testing to get
to the specific beliefs
that are preventing my clients (or me!)
from moving forward. I
have found this process extremely
effective in helping people
to be free to create a life they love!
There is
an amazing book out now called "Peak Evolution"
by Lauren Holmes that gives different
ways to release
limiting
beliefs. The whole book is about taking a quantum
leap from
where you are to where you want to be. I highly
recommend it
to anyone who wants to reinvent themselves!
The question I ask today
is "Who is the real you?" Beneath all
of
the layers of limiting beliefs you have collected over
time,
what is left? Isn't it time to
get in touch with
your authentic
self? You deserve to know
the beauty of Who you ARE!!
